About The Position
Home Health Services of Virginia is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, personalized nursing care to patients in their homes in Glen Allen, Virginia. The role follows a consistent 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, Monday through Friday, with no weekend or holiday work. The position offers hourly compensation of $34.00 to $37.00, paid bi-weekly, and a supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in Virginia.
- Valid LPN license without restrictions or disciplinary actions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans effectively.
- Reliable transportation to patients’ homes in Glen Allen, Virginia.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in a home health setting according to patient care plans.
- Monitor patients’ health status and progress, and promptly report changes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
- Educate patients and their families about care techniques and health management.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
