About The Position

Home Health Services of Virginia is seeking a dependable, dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in Chesterfield, Virginia. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with no weekends or holidays required. The position offers a supportive work environment and competitive pay. The nurse will deliver care according to patient care plans, monitor health, administer prescribed medications and treatments, document patient information, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and educate patients and caregivers. Reliable transportation to patient homes within Chesterfield is required.

Requirements

Valid LPN license in the state of Virginia.
Current CPR certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable transportation to patient homes within Chesterfield, Virginia.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of experience in home health or a related healthcare setting is preferred.

Responsibilities
