About The Position

Centurion Health is seeking a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their night shift team at Phillips State Prison in Buford, GA. This role provides holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of Registered Nurses and medical/psychiatric staff. The position offers a structured clinical environment with clear policies, dedicated security, and no family or visitor interactions, reducing stress. Requirements

• 2 years of experience in behavioral health, correctional, or ER
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license | Compact (MSL) or Georgia (SL) | Must be active and valid
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or BLS | Must be active
• Ability to obtain security clearance via the GADOC, this may include drug screen and criminal background check
