About The Position

Concordia at Cabot is seeking dependable and quality-focused Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their Skilled Nursing team. Requirements

Graduate of an approved nursing program
Current Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing
Commitment to dependable, high-quality care

Responsibilities

Administering medications and treatments
Completing assessments and maintaining accurate documentation
Monitoring residents and reporting changes in their condition
Communicating with physicians, families, and members of the care team
Supporting and directing resident care staff
Responding to residents’ needs with patience and professionalism
Helping create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
Building trusting relationships with residents and their families
