About The Position

Wilson Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for their Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Unit. This is a full-time position with day shifts (7a-3p). The role involves utilizing specialized plan-of-care interventions, serving as a patient-care innovator, and shaping exceptional patient journeys. The unit is a 90-bed facility with 20 Rehab beds and 70 LTC beds, staffed with RNs, CNAs, and Medication Aides. The unit cares for patients with various conditions including CHF, COPD, Diabetes, ESRD, Renal Failure, Dementia, Stroke, and heart disease. This role offers an opportunity to work collaboratively in a supportive environment focused on providing quality care and support to individuals requiring temporary rehab assistance and LTC needs.

Requirements

Current state LPN license
Nursing degree from an accredited program
Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire
