About The Position

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Skilled Nursing $5,000 sign-on bonus. $33-$40/hr based on experience, plus $2/hr evening, $2/hr overnight, and $1.50/hr weekend differentials. Full-time evening LPN needed in Skilled Nursing & Rehab at Bristol Glen, a UMC community in Newton. Apply today and hear back within 48 hours. Requirements

• Active LPN license in New Jersey
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
• Ability to read, write, and speak English at a level needed to safely administer medications and document care

Nice To Haves

• Experience in long-term care or sub-acute rehab

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor resident health status throughout your shift
• Admit, discharge, and transfer residents
• Deliver hands-on nursing care according to each resident's care plan
• Administer medications and document care accurately and on time
• Take part in care planning, assessments, and evaluations
• Work with residents, families, and the care team to support recovery and long-term wellbeing
