At Concordia at Cabot, our nurses play an essential role in providing the skilled, compassionate care our residents need each day. We are looking for dependable and quality-focused Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Skilled Nursing team. We have openings on our Afternoon and Midnight shifts, with an every-other-weekend rotation.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing program
- Current Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing
- Commitment to dependable, high-quality care
Responsibilities
- Administering medications and treatments
- Completing assessments and maintaining accurate documentation
- Monitoring residents and reporting changes in their condition
- Communicating with physicians, families, and members of the care team
- Supporting and directing resident care staff
- Responding to residents’ needs with patience and professionalism
- Helping create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
- Building trusting relationships with residents and their families
