We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and hospitality-minded Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team at The Springs at Monarch Landing, our skilled nursing community.

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and monitor residents’ health and well-being
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team
- Follow established health, safety, and clinical guidelines
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Respond to residents’ needs with compassion, professionalism, and respect
