About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is a non-profit organization seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Minnesota for private duty home care. This role offers stability and the opportunity to provide one-to-one client care. BAYADA has been in operation for 50 years and emphasizes employee longevity and support. Private duty nursing involves working full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with a single client, often with short commutes to nearby clients. Nurses will work with clients who have diagnoses such as TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery. Skills gained in hospital, long-term care, and school settings are directly transferable to this role.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in Minnesota.
• Directly transferable skills from hospital, long-term care, or school settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one client care in a home setting.
• Work full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with a single client.
• Manage common diagnoses including TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery.
