About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric care to join their Skilled Nursing team in Mercer County. The office emphasizes delivering high-quality care at home with compassion, excellence, and reliability. They care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, including those requiring advanced care like tracheostomy and ventilator management. BAYADA offers extensive paid training, flexible scheduling, electronic charting, simulation labs, and 24/7 clinical support. The role involves traditional shifts (4s, 8s, 10s, or 12s) with one-to-one client care, focusing on building relationships and observing client milestones across all age ranges from infant to geriatric.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care at home.
• Provide one-to-one client care.
• Perform tracheostomy and ventilator management for clients requiring advanced care.
• Engage in preventive care.
• Build client relationships and observe their milestones.
