Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse, eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Current VA LPN license.
- Certified in BLS

Responsibilities
- Performs the functions of a licensed practical nurse in data collection for planning, assessment, implementation, and evaluation of all assigned patient care under the supervision of and in collaboration with the registered nurse.
- Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served in his/her assigned unit or within his/her department.
- Must be able to provide care needed as described in the department’s policies and procedures.
