Requirements

• Active LPN license in MA
• Driver's license
• Reliable car
• Supporting mental health needs (personal or professional)
• Clear communication skills
• Basic computer use
• Teamwork skills
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Manage medical care and medications for persons served, including training staff on safe medication practices in compliance with DPH Medication Administration Program (MAP).
• Respond to emergencies and de-escalate crises with persons served.
• Train staff on health/safety rules and document incidents as required.
• Keep programs up to date with medical and medication laws, including paperwork and inspections.
