About The Position

ProValidus Medical Staffing is seeking dedicated, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to provide healthcare services and support patient outcomes. The LPN works alongside healthcare professionals in a supportive environment, delivering resident-focused nursing care while coordinating with the care team.

Requirements

• Active LPN license in the state of Ohio.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, patient-centered approach to nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with facility policies.
• Observe residents’ conditions, accurately document care, and promptly report changes to the Nursing Supervisor and/or Physician.
• Provide clear resident-status updates to oncoming shifts, supervisors, and nursing staff.
• Accurately and promptly transcribe and carry out physician orders.
• Follow infection-control procedures to maintain a safe environment for residents and staff.
• Help monitor and maintain supplies, medications, and medical equipment.
• Participate in quality-assurance initiatives to improve patient care and facility operations.
• Provide compassionate nursing care that supports residents’ physical and emotional well-being.
• Conduct routine rounds, observe residents, address concerns, and implement solutions.
• Communicate and coordinate care with other healthcare team members.
• Maintain high service standards, respect resident rights, and protect confidentiality.
