About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse with office experience and current IV certification. The role is full-time and suited to a detail-oriented, dependable, organized nurse who can multitask and has a consistent work history. An orientation will be provided based on the candidate’s experience and comfort level. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Weekend and holiday work is generally not required, although it may be required in certain specialty clinics; candidates are advised to inquire during the interview process.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Office experience.
- Current IV certification.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized.
- Ability to multitask.
- Consistent work history.
Responsibilities
- Document in the electronic medical record.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to patient phone calls.
- Order tests and prescriptions.
- Perform medication reconciliation.
- Phone in prescriptions.
- Administer medications.
