About The Position

NHC Place at Cool Springs is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in a supportive, mission-driven senior-care environment. The role involves using nursing knowledge, skills, leadership, and communication to maintain clinical competency; applying the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement care; and organizing and prioritizing workflow to meet patient needs. Nurses are expected to follow current nursing standards and regulations, contribute to continuous quality improvement, and demonstrate compassion, positivity, and teamwork. The position offers 12-hour shifts and is available full-time, part-time, and PRN. The posting lists pay up to $37 per hour based on experience, with additional earning potential through shift differentials and overtime bonuses. Flexible scheduling, including block scheduling, is offered.

Requirements

Active Tennessee LPN or RN nursing license; graduate nurses (GNs) and graduate practical nurses (GPNs) are also welcome.
