About The Position

Concordia @ Spiritrust-Sprenkle Drive is seeking quality-focused Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their expanding Skilled and Personal Care Nursing teams. This is a part-time position with 12-hour shifts (7pm-7am) and includes an every-other-weekend rotation. Requirements

Graduate of an approved nursing school
Current Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing
A caring heart and a commitment to excellence

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality resident care with compassion and skill
Administer medications, complete documentation, and conduct assessments
Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team members
Supervise and support resident care staff
Deliver treatments and procedures that make a real impact
