About The Position

Concordia @ Spiritrust-Sprenkle Drive is seeking quality-focused Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their expanding Skilled and Personal Care Nursing teams. This part-time position involves 12-hour shifts from 7pm to 7am in the Personal Care Center, with an every-other-weekend rotation. Recent graduates are welcome to apply. Requirements

Graduate of an approved nursing school
Current Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing
A caring heart and a commitment to excellence

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality resident care with compassion and skill
Administer medications, complete documentation, and conduct assessments
Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team members
