About The Position

This role supports the licensed healthcare team in providing patient care, including direct patient care and healthcare information to patients/families, following an established plan of care. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works in close collaboration with an RN or licensed healthcare team member to evaluate the patient's plan of care and progress toward goal attainment. All patient care activities are delegated and supervised by a licensed professional in accordance with VUMC standards and licensure regulations. The position is part of the Primary Care Prescription Renewal Team.

Requirements

  • Relevant Work Experience
  • 1 year experience
  • Graduate of an approved discipline specific program
