About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for its Pediatric Transition Team in Burlington County, New Jersey. The role involves providing complex pediatric care in clients’ homes, serving infants through age 21, and training the ongoing care team. Pediatric tracheostomy and ventilator experience is required. The position offers daytime and overnight options and full-time or part-time scheduling; a consistent commitment of at least one shift per week is acceptable. Nurses must be able to travel throughout Burlington County.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• NICU, PICU, or home care tracheostomy and ventilator experience.
• Passing score on high-tech pediatric simulations.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing care team.
• Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule; one shift per week is acceptable.
• Ability to travel throughout Burlington County.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality care to pediatric clients receiving complex care at home.
• Provide extensive training to the ongoing care team.
