About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric or adult care to join their Skilled Nursing team in Mercer County, NJ. Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
• Provide one-to-one client care.
• Perform traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s).
• Engage in hands-on care with only one client per day.
• Build client relationships and observe their milestones.
• Care for clients ranging from infant to geriatric.
• Manage advanced care needs, such as tracheostomy and ventilator management, if required.
• Utilize electronic charting.
