About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric or adult care to join their Skilled Nursing team in Mercer County, NJ. They care for clients of all ages and diagnoses, including those requiring advanced care like tracheostomy and ventilator management, and offer extensive paid training. The Mercer County office provides excellent onboarding, flexible scheduling, electronic charting, award-winning simulation labs, and on-call clinical support. BAYADA offers one-to-one client care, allowing nurses to build relationships and witness client milestones. The role involves traditional shifts and hands-on care with a single client per day, with client age ranges from infant to geriatric.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care at home.

• Perform hands-on care with only one client per day.
