About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric care to join their Skilled Nursing team in Mercer County. They care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, including those requiring advanced care like tracheostomy and ventilator management. BAYADA offers extensive paid training, including in adult and pediatric Simulation labs, and aims to match nurses with cases near their homes. They provide 24/7 on-call clinical support.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care at home.
• Provide one-to-one client care.
• Perform advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management.
• Engage in preventive care.
• Build client relationships and observe client milestones.
• Perform traditional shifts (4s, 8s, 10s or 12s).
