About The Position

NHC Healthcare Rossville is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care in a senior-care setting. The role is available full-time, part-time, or PRN, with 12-hour shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. A $6,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time employment; shift differentials may apply. The LPN maintains clinical competency through the application of nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication. The role uses the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement care, and requires organizing workflow and prioritizing patient-care needs. The nurse applies current standards of practice and relevant local, state, and federal regulations, and uses continuous quality improvement and problem-solving approaches. Requirements

Georgia LPN nursing license; the employer also hires GNs and GPNs.
