About The Position

Wood Aven Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join their team. The role involves monitoring patient conditions, assessing needs, and providing care in a compassionate manner. Collaboration with physicians and other nurses is key to developing individualized care plans. The LVN will perform routine procedures, administer medications and treatments as ordered, and maintain patient charts. • LVN License is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care.
• Provide nursing care in a caring and compassionate manner.
• Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts.
• Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders.
