About The Position

Main Line Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their Primary Care team in Paoli, PA. Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited school of practical nursing.
• A current Pennsylvania LPN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
• Ability to communicate proficiently in English (both verbally and writing) to perform job duties.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of clinical office experience, preferably in the specified discipline of the practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist the office care team with data collection, assessments, and care planning.
• Provide age-appropriate and diagnosis-focused care.
• Consult with the patient/family and appropriate healthcare professionals to facilitate meeting the patients’ needs.
• Assist with providing education and guidance to patients and their significant others based on individual needs and level of understanding.
