About The Position

Sprenger Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its Healthcare Team at Autumn Aegis in Lorain, Ohio. The LPN will assess residents’ needs, administer medications and treatments, and support residents and their families. The position is full time, with a stated schedule of 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees. Compensation is competitive and based on experience; the salary range is undisclosed.

Requirements

Hold a current, unrestricted LPN license issued by a state nursing board.
Have valid CPR certification.
Have proven experience as an LPN in various clinical settings.
Have strong knowledge of nursing principles and protocols.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be able to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bring a compassionate, patient-centered approach to nursing care.
Be able to adapt quickly to different work environments and provide high-quality care to diverse patient populations.
