Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Idaho
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident focused approach to care
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the clinical team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional resident care
- Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and their families
