About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking health care rockstars to join their team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Marigold Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Galesburg, IL. The LPN is responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and ensuring resident/family satisfaction. This role operates within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act and involves resident care, direction of nursing care during assigned shifts, staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals.

Requirements

• Active, and in good standing, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
