Responsibilities

  • Assure patient care meets best practice standards utilizing nursing skills, experience to maintain a safe and therapeutic milieu.
  • Medication administration, count and register.
  • Provide thorough accurate and complete documentation of treatment and care in the Electronic Health Record.
  • Monitor, assess and treat patient conditions appropriately.
  • Other duties as assigned.
