About The Position
PAM Health is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care on a nursing unit as directed by an RN. The role involves gathering and reporting data, carrying out orders, and performing therapeutic procedures in an age- and population-appropriate manner consistent with PAM Health policies, procedures, and guidelines. Requirements
- Hold current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state where the hospital is located.
- Have current BLS certification.
Nice To Haves
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in emergency or critical care environments.
- Comfort working with vents, trachs, PICC lines, and similar equipment.
- Two years of experience in direct patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide appropriate nursing care as directed by an RN on the nursing unit.
