LPN - Full-Time, Part-time, PRN
About The Position
The Terraces of Phoenix, a HumanGood Life Plan Community, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) for its Skilled Nursing team. The role involves providing compassionate, person-directed nursing care and helping create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Nurses coordinate assignments with care partners, support team members in delivering quality care, and monitor residents’ needs. Full-time schedules are available for 6 AM–2 PM and 2 PM–10 PM, with alternating weekly workdays. PRN nurses must be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays. Pay is $30–$36 per hour, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) software.
- At least 6 months of current or recent experience in Skilled Nursing.
- Current CPR certification.

- Current or prior experience in post-acute, sub-acute, or senior care nursing.
