About The Position

The Terraces of Phoenix, a HumanGood Life Plan Community, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) for its Skilled Nursing team. The role provides nursing care to older adult residents in accordance with the community’s Philosophy of Person-Directed Care, helps maintain a safe and supportive environment, coordinates care assignments with care partners, and monitors residents’ needs. Full-time and part-time schedules are specified, and PRN nurses must be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays. The stated pay rate is $30–$36 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).

Requirements

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) software.
• At least 6 months of current or recent experience in Skilled Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Current or prior experience in post-acute, sub-acute, or senior care nursing.
