About The Position

BAYADA is seeking motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their Full-Time New Grad Residency program. This program is designed to help new nurses flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their nursing careers. BAYADA focuses on one-on-one patient care, offering flexible scheduling, paid time off, weekly pay, and electronic charting. They provide in-depth paid training from day one, including access to award-winning adult and pediatric simulation labs. The program emphasizes short commute times and around-the-clock clinical support. BAYADA is an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider committed to quality care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current New Jersey State nursing license in good standing.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care.
• Utilize electronic charting with Statewise.
• Participate in in-depth paid training from day one.
• Work with clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
