About The Position

BAYADA is seeking new graduate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their Nurse Residency Program. This program is designed to help nurses flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their nursing careers. BAYADA focuses on one-on-one patient care and offers flexible scheduling, paid time off, weekly pay, and electronic charting. The program includes in-depth paid training from day one, access to award-winning simulation labs, and around-the-clock clinical support. BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is accredited by the ANCC and is the only paid new graduate residency program in home care with this accreditation. As a non-profit organization, BAYADA prioritizes quality care for clients. Clinical Managers provide dedicated support to new nurses to ensure they are comfortable and confident in their skills. They care for patients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, allowing nurses to explore their interests.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in U.S.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care.
• Utilize electronic charting.
• Participate in in-depth paid training from day one.
• Work with clinical managers for support and skill development.
• Care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
