About The Position

BAYADA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for their Full-Time New Grad Residency program. This program is designed to help new nurses flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their nursing careers. BAYADA offers one-on-one patient care, flexible scheduling, paid time off, weekly pay, electronic charting, in-depth paid training from day one, award-winning simulation labs, short commute times, and around-the-clock clinical support. The Nurse Residency Program is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC) and focuses on quality care for clients. Clinical Managers provide thorough training to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. BAYADA cares for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, allowing nurses to explore their passions.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current New Jersey State nursing license in good standing.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care.
• Utilize electronic charting using Statewise.
• Engage in in-depth paid training from day one.
• Work with adult and pediatric patients.
• Provide care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
