About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric care to join their Skilled Nursing team in Mercer County. The office emphasizes delivering high-quality care at home with compassion, excellence, and reliability. They care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, including those requiring advanced care like tracheostomy and ventilator management. BAYADA offers extensive paid training, including in adult and pediatric Simulation labs. The Mercer County office provides an excellent onboarding and training experience, flexible scheduling, electronic charting, and matches nurses with cases near their homes, with 24/7 on-call clinical support.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• CPR certified.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pediatric care.
• Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care at home.
• Provide one-to-one client care.
• Perform preventive care.
• Engage in hands-on care with only one client per day.
• Build client relationships and observe their milestones.
• Care for clients ranging from infant to geriatric.
