Requirements
- Unencumbered Florida LPN License (required).
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required).
- IV Certification (required).
- Strong assessment and care planning skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in acute care or hospital settings (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes based on individualized care plans.
- Perform a variety of tasks, including: Acute and chronic disease management, Medication management and administration, Assessing patient conditions and reporting changes, Developing tailored, goal-oriented treatment plans, Post-surgical rehabilitation, Educating patients and caregivers to support recovery and independence, Pain management and wound care.
