Requirements

Current LPN license in good standing
Excellent customer service and leadership skills
Strong computer skills
Detail-oriented and ability to prioritize
A desire to work with the senior population

Responsibilities

Supervise staff
Coordinate care delivery and provide care
Administer medications
Observe residents, charting and reporting changes in condition
