We are seeking PRN LPNs to provide hands-on resident care, administer medications and treatments, maintain accurate records, and respond to emergencies. This role offers 12-hour shifts with differentials for nighttime and weekend work. Requirements

Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing
Certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently
Ability to meet or exceed the company’s attendance and punctuality standards
Ability to use Electronic Records and miscellaneous software and office equipment
Ability to understand and follow directions as given
Ability to work with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

Four-year college or university degree desired
1-2 years’ experience in a similar healthcare position preferred

Responsibilities

Provides hands on resident care
Proper and timely administration of medications and treatments
Accurate verbal and written reports
Rapid response to all emergency situations
Performs professional and restorative nursing services including resident assessments, recording of vital signs, administering medications and treatments
Keeps timely documentation of written reports and verbal reports ensuring that quality care is provided
Interacts with the resident’s physician, pharmacist and medical personnel as needed
Assists residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility, following the guidelines outlined in the Resident Care Plan
Assists with in-service and on the job training and mentoring of Team Members
Participates in and attends all required in-service training and education programs as scheduled
Other duties as assigned
