Requirements

• Washington Licensed Practical Nurse
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (within 30 days of hire)
• Teaching Experience (for 5 CENTER PRIMARY NURSE)

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of LTC geriatric experience preferred.
• Experience as a staff nurse with LTC.
• Supervisory experience with nursing assistants.
• Experience with an interdisciplinary team.
• Three to five years direct care experience (for 5 CENTER PRIMARY NURSE)
• MDS/RAI Experience (for 5 CENTER PRIMARY NURSE)
