About The Position
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Observe, assess, and report changes in residents' conditions. Work closely with RNs, providers, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional resident care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Follow all facility policies, safety standards, and state regulations.
Requirements
- Current and valid NY State LPN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 1 year experience in long-term care nursing preferred.
