About The Position
Assisted is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for its Hospice East Valley team in the Phoenix, Arizona branch. The role delivers holistic end-of-life care to hospice patients using the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The nurse interacts with patients, caregivers, and other members of the health team while maintaining professional nursing practice standards. This position is PRN. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited practical (vocational) nursing program.
- Hold a current, active LPN license from the Arizona Board of Nursing, including a fingerprint card.
Responsibilities
- Deliver holistic, end-of-life care to patients using assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.
- Interact effectively with patients, caregivers, and other health team members.
- Maintain standards of professional nursing practice.
