Absolute Hospice, Inc. is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their hospice team. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while delivering hands-on care, clinical management, and education to patients and families during an important chapter of life. Requirements
- Valid Ohio LPN license
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient, and flexible approach to care
- Ability to lift/transfer patients as needed
- Proficient with computer documentation
- Valid driver’s license and one-year clean driving record

- Weekend availability is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide routine nursing visits and direct patient care
- Establish professional relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Continually assess and evaluate patients' needs and conditions
- Educate patients and caregivers about their conditions and care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and charting
