About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a dynamic healthcare team. The LPN provides high-quality nursing care to patients in a hospital setting, supporting their comfort, safety, and well-being in accordance with established policies, procedures, and scope of practice. The position is full-time, with day or night shifts.

Requirements

• Current, active LPN license in the state of the position.
• At least 1 year of recent hospital experience.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent.
• Strong clinical skills and sound judgment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
• Perform patient assessments and accurately document observations and interventions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and report changes to the RN or physician.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care.
• Provide patient and family education and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Uphold infection control and safety standards.
