LPN - Weekend Premium Rate Program
About The Position
Riddle Village, a lifecare retirement community, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their nursing team. This is a part-time position with a new Weekend Premium Rate Program offering a 25% increase to the regular rate for all weekend shifts worked. The role involves assisting in the day-to-day nursing care (physical, emotional, and social) and medication administration for residents in the healthcare center, adhering to current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The position requires a current, unencuncumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate is friendly, sociable, loves the elderly, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses excellent supervisory and customer service skills.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day nursing care (physical, emotional, and social) for residents in the healthcare center.
- Administer medications to residents.
- Ensure care is provided in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Follow directions from the Director of Nursing Services, Nurse Supervisor, or Charge Nurse to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
