About The Position

Riddle Village, a lifecare retirement community, is seeking Registered Nurses to join our nursing team! This is a Part-Time position working Every Weekend with a New Weekend Premium Rate Program. You will receive a 25% increase to the regular rate for all weekend shifts worked. The role involves assisting in and supervising our residents' day-to-day nursing care (physical, emotional, and social) in the healthcare center. This must be done in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The Charge Nurse/RN position requires a current, unencipbered, active license to practice as an RN in the state of Pennsylvania. Ideal candidates are friendly, sociable, love the elderly, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent supervisory and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in and supervise residents' day-to-day nursing care (physical, emotional, and social) in the healthcare center.
• Ensure care is provided in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• Maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times as required by the Director of Nursing Services or Nurse Supervisor.
