About The Position

Nazareth Home is seeking an innovative and friendly Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) House Supervisor to join the team at our Highlands Campus. This leadership role offers premium weekend pay and differential, providing an opportunity for leadership without full weekday duties, within a stable team environment with low turnover. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
Current CPR certification
Two to four years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
RN License (Required)
BLS Certification (Required)
Ability to commute/relocate to Louisville, KY 40205: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Delivering care to residents utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.
Effectively interacting with residents, family members, and other health team members while maintaining all standards of professional nursing.
Supervising the nursing care on the unit.
