About The Position
Monroe Health Center is seeking a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to work at our Craig County Health Center located in New Castle, VA. This position is 40 hours per week and requires a flexible schedule Monday through Friday, with no weekend work. The role involves direct patient care and administrative tasks within a family medicine clinic setting.
Requirements
- Current Nursing license
- Current BLS certification
- Excellent Electronic Medical Records computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to establish a good rapport with staff and patients of all ages
- Experience with injections, lab draws, lab testing, immunizations, patient screening, and assisting Provider with procedures as necessary
- Well organized
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
