Requirements

Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the Iowa Board of Nursing or licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in accordance with the Nurse Licensure Compact Administrator's Agreement of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing.

Responsibilities

Provide and oversee licensed treatments for up to 30 residents.
Assess and evaluate resident conditions, take appropriate action, and adjust care plans.
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes.
Lead and mentor Resident Aides, CNAs, and Medication Aides.
Respond to acute changes in residents with professionalism, skill, and compassion.

14-hours shifts 6 a.m.- 8:30 p.m.; working 1 out of 3 weekends
10-hours on evening shift (12 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.); working 1 out of 3 weekends
Weekend package shifts 6 a.m.-8:30 p.m. options are available with retention payments up to $8,000.
Lodging and meals are available upon request.
