About The Position
Sentara RMH Medical Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for its 4 East medical-surgical unit in Harrisonburg, Virginia. The position supports post-surgical care for a variety of patients, including those undergoing urological, gynecological, vascular, general, and orthopedic surgery. Candidates with experience or an interest in this care area are welcome, and new graduates will be considered. Candidates approaching licensure may also be considered. A sign-on bonus of up to $8,000 is offered with no contract or commitment. The full-time base pay range is $28.57–$43.04 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonuses. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Sentara RMH Medical Center is a 238-bed community hospital serving Harrisonburg, Rockingham County, and surrounding areas. It is a Magnet-designated hospital and part of Sentara Health. Requirements
- Nursing diploma.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license.
- Candidates approaching licensure may be considered.
